Product Description:

NanoTech Industrial Products Hall Flow Meter with Hall funnel and with Carney Trichter is a precise Density Meter to determine the Hall flow rate and the Carney flow rate of powders and powder-like samples.

This professional Hall Equipment to determine the Flow rate of powders combines an ergonomic design with a sturdy, high-quality stainless steel construction, paired with a precision-machined Hall funnel with a discharge opening diameter of 2.5mm (0.1″), a precision-manufactured Carney Trichter with a discharge opening diameter of 5 mm (0.2″), a Density Cup of 25ml, a digital precision stopwatch, and a rich set of accessories including a powder overflow collection container and much more.

A digital precision scale suitable for laboratory use is available as an optional accessory.

To ensure high precision, the Hall funnel and the Carney Trichter as well as the 25ml density cup each machined from a larger piece of stainless steel or brass.

The Hall funnel, the Carney Trichter and the Density Cup are optionally available in both stainless steel and brass to best suit your testing requirements.

The Hall Flowmeter test method was developed by Mr. Elbert J. Hall in 1945 and is used to measure the flow time of 50g of powder flowing through a discharge orifice with a specific diameter.

This precision-machined Hall Equipment for measuring the flow rate is suitable for determining the flow time, flow behavior, and density of a wide variety of powders and similar samples, including metal powders, ceramic powders, pharmaceutical powders, and much more.

This professional Hall flow meter test setup is manufactured in accordance with international technical guidelines, including:
