Nanotech Industrie Produkte Automatic textile and fabric burst pressure tester is a highly precise professional laboratory instrument for determining the Burst strength and Burst elongation of woven and knitted textiles, technical textiles, nonwovens, composite materials, artificial leather, natural leather, as well as paper and cardboard materials. The Automatic Tissue Burst Pressure Tester NIP-FBS8800 leads to a controlled hydraulic Burst pressure test in accordance with international standards. The following process provides an overview of the individual steps as they are carried out in professional laboratories to determine Burst strength and Burst elongation be used.

 

1. Preparing the device

  1. System startup and self-diagnosis After being switched on, the device performs automatic functional tests. The electronics, pneumatic clamping, and hydraulic system are initialized. The touchscreen displays the ready status, pressure zeroing, and diaphragm test results.

  2. Hydraulic fluid control The hydraulic chamber is filled with the prescribed medium. The system automatically removes air bubbles to ensure stable pressure transmission.
